What Is KashTree
KashTree is a website that offers money to its members for signing up, referring friends, and doing various tasks. It looks straightforward to make money with KashTree:
- Get Paid
Easy, right? A little bit too easy, maybe? Yes, you are correct; it sounds too easy. And just like many things that look like that, this one is also too good to be true.
So what exactly is the basic concept of KashTree? Well, joining KashTree is free. Once you enter your name, email, and password, you get your referral link from which you should get paid $2 every time someone clicks on it.
You also should get paid $25 for each person that joins to KashTree from your referral link, and a $50 for uploading a video on YouTube.
You can earn $30 for completing surveys or entering your phone number. They will even pay you $30 for entering your email, choosing a password, and filling up your credit card details, like card number.
First thing first: there are NO LEGIT sites that will pay you $30 just for your credit card information, email, and password. Second, this information that you give them could be the same ones that you use for a site like eBay or Amazon.
And if your account on Amazon or eBay has the same email and password like the one you input at KashTree, what can happen? Well, they could log into your account and make purchases for themself using your credit card.
Maybe you don’t use the same email and password for every account, but some people do. And when they have thousands of emails and passwords to try out, eventually they will find a few that they can abuse.
There are few weird things on their site that you can spot right away. But also some that you need to dig a bit to find it out. Let’s start with the obvious one. You can clearly see how they say there are more than 300,000 members, and those members earned over $44 million. And on the home page, they are bragging how you can make $500 per day.
Let’s do a little math.
44,000,000 / 300,000 = 146,6666
By doing simple math, you can see that the numbers don’t make sense with their claim of earning $500 per day. With their numbers, each member has been paid $146.
That is WAY lower than $500. You can already see something is not how it should be here. Let’s dig deeper.
According to its website, KashTree was founded in 2015. But when doing domain research, on a day 22nd September, it says that the site is just 43 days old.
It is clear they are laying. They are trying to make a false sense of security by saying they have been in business for several years.
And one last thing I will be pointing out is the money that they have “paid.” Where did they get the $44 million? They are not selling anything, you are not buying anything, and your referrals aren’t buying anything from them. So the money comes from where?
It is unclear from where did that money came from, and only logical explanation to me is that it is made up.
In the middle of their page, you can find a section with happy members and their testimonies. In particular, three members: Darrius, Ambria, and David. They all are saying they made money with KashTree and how easy it is.
But, those are fake accounts and fake testimonials. How do I know that? Because there is EXACTLY the same site that looks like KashTree. It is called CashOG. And funny enough, they also have Darrius, Ambria, and David saying they make money with it.
As you can see, those are exact same names, exact earning amounts, and testimonials. The only difference is one is for KashTree and other is for CashOG. At least other scam sites change the names.
On top, there are a lot of complaints online from people who are saying they have been locked down from their account after they requested payout and not being able to reset password to enter their account.
Also, some say they have been accused of fraudulent activities performed on their account. And with such, they weren’t eligible for payout, which is a dirty trick to use.
Overall simple site layout, but with many red flags that are pointing to avoid KashTree at all cost.
- Potential fraud – By giving them your email, password, and credit card details, you are potentially letting them use it against you.
- Money – Since they aren’t selling anything, it is unclear where do they get money from to pay their members.
- Site age – Their site is not four years old, and it was not established in 2015.
- Testimonials – Fake testimonials with most likely fake people pretending to be their members.
- Unknown owner – The owner is unknown, no information could be found, and there isn’t any contact information besides an email. And it is a Gmail. Not very professional at all.
- Negative user feedback – Many people are complaining they have been lockdown from their account when requested payout, after a month or two promoting them and doing tasks.
Conclusion And My Final Verdict
KashTree is a scam offer, based on what I researched. Both KashTree and CashOG looks precisely the same, which raise suspicion about their attention.
False information regarding how long they have been online, fake testimonials, unknown owner, potential fraud involved. All things pointing out this site should be avoided.
You can indeed make money online, but not like KashTree is advertising and surely not in such a small time frame. It does take time and effort to create a business that can potentially bring your nice profit, but it does take work to do.
If you are determined to make money online, let me introduce you to a platform that I love to use. It is free to use (yes, no credit card or money upfront for starter members) and have great training videos that will guide you step by step toward making money online.
