With all the hype around the Bitcoin price going to the sky again, no wonder people are thinking about how to gain it without buying it. And auto trading bots sounds tempting. Such one is presented as the Bitcoin Code

Today I will give you my most honest review for the Bitcoin Code. Let’s see if this software is legit or is the Bitcoin Code just one another attempt of scam.

Overview And Ranking

How The Bitcoin Code Was Created

The creator of the Bitcoin Code is a guy named Steve McKay, a software developer who used to work in a Wall Street company.

One day, his boss told him to create software for some clients that will allow them to trade bitcoins without having actually to buy them. The project was a private request from the big guys up top.

Steve says he worked for one full year, day and night, to develop such software. Two days after it went live, his boss called him. He left town and asked Steve to never speak about the software to anyone. So his boss took his software.

And what did Steve do? He tried the software himself and became a millionaire. Like, he didn’t know how it worked since he developed it? And he didn’t plan to use it but just give him to his boss?

What Is Bitcoin Code

“You just made a BIG mistake! This is your LAST CHANCE to join the Bitcoin Code and secure your financial future”. This is the popup once you try to exit and close the page. Are you really making BIG mistake wanting to leave this offer? Can Bitcoin Code solve all your financial problems?

Bitcoin CodeThe Bitcoin software is an automated trading system that promises you will make a lot of money. A profit of $550 an hour or $13200 a day, by doing absolutely nothing.

This software claims to be 99.4% accurate. However, it is unknown how the software works or which are the set parameters that this bot follows. There is no option to see the actual software on work, how it works, or the settings of the same. You should just rely on promised accuracy.

Real automated trading software is based on technical indicators that will recognize patterns and then will place trades according to how you set it up. But here everything is done by the push of the button. Avoid anything that you have no control over.

All that you do in Bitcoin Code is deposit money with unregulated brokers (OptionStars in this case) and watch as your balance meltdown.

Problems, Problems

The problem I notice right away with Bitcoin Code is that it is exactly like many other scams I have reviewed. The goal of the intro video is to get you to open a trading account with the unregulated broker, and deposit money there. This scam offer has been copied so many times all around the world.

The promotional video starts off with happy customers, all saying how the Bitcoin Code change their life to better. But, of course, they are all actors who are getting paid to say whatever is in the script.

Another problem is that this “trading bot” doesn’t have anything to do with the Bitcoin. The entire scheme is targeting people that know little or nothing about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, but enough to know it is something worth investing in.

While I was investigating the site, I noticed in the top left corner how the number of the free copies available is getting lower and lower. It started with 25, and once it hit only one available, it stays there for a short time then jumps back to three. Then back to one again, and jumps back to five.

This is happening over and over, as long as you are on that page. I wonder why is it happening: are the people returning software because they are not satisfied with it or it is just a trick to try and get you the sense of urgency?

The Cost

Bitcoin Code

“Hurl your credit card across the room. Put away your debit card. And close your PayPal account. I have nothing to sell you”. Steve clearly says how this offer is for FREE and that he doesn’t have anything to sell to us. Well, the truth is far from it.

Upon joining, you are required to deposit money to a brokers account. Only $250. Once you do that, you can then start using the software and watch your money slowly goes away.

Every scam I encounter works the same way: they promise free services, but you have to deposit money. How is that free? It is not! It is a lie, and they will say anything to get you to invest your money so that you could lose it.

The Owner

Bitcoin Code

Steve McKay, the alleged owner of the Bitcoin Code. This is funny twist actually. Once I went over and do research about Steve McKay, he does exist. Or at least there are some pages on the internet about the guy from the picture.

However, there is no mention of Steve McKay in the Wall Street Journal, CNN, or Forbes. Those are lies. Steve McKay is only associated with the Bitcoin Code. No other connection about him what so ever.

This can only lead to one thing: Steve is most likely not a real person. Or the guy on the picture is not actually Steve McKay.

Testimonials

Not much to say here, really. All of the testimonials in the video are made up, performed by actors, and none of them are true. The first one was easy to found. Here is the picture of him in the video and in the Fiverr, where he offers his acting services.

Bitcoin Code

What I was especially dazzled with was the third one. That guy has been investing for over 20 years, and Bitcoin Code has made him rich.

Someone with such experience in investing giving $250 to an automated trading robot with an unregulated broker. Sounds like a desperate move or a lie. I would go for the second one.

Everything Wrong

I already covered some of the problems with this offer, so let me lay it all done here:

  • Unrealistic income expectations – There is no way you can become rich or make any money with just a push of the button, without doing anything. Such things do not exist, and any software that claims it can do it is a scam.
  • It is not free – Although Steven said several times it is free, and he has nothing to sell, the truth is different. As always, it is required to deposit $250 to unregulated brokers,
  • Unregulated brokersOptionStars are unregulated. Furthermore, since July 2nd the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) band all binary options trading on the territory of the European Union and since OptionStars contact address is in the UK, that makes their operations in the UK and the rest of EU completely illegal.
  • The pressure to join – From the moment you visit the site, the number of available software keep dropping, wanting to put pressure that you will miss the chance in you don’t join right away. And if you decide to close the page, the annoying popup will jump, saying you are making the huge mistake. If the product is any good, there would not be the need for any of that.
  • Fake testimonials – using actors to back up your lies is a low trick and a common way that scammers work.
  • The owner – Steve mislead everyone saying he was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal, CNN and Forbes. Only shows he is not who he says he is.
  • Looks very much like every other scam offer

Conclusion And My Final Verdict

The Bitcoin Code is nothing but scam attempt that has nothing to do with cryptocurrency, just merely using the popularity of it. The software should supposed to be investing in Bitcoins, but actually, it invests in the binary options.

For those who actually want to trade Bitcoins and cryptocurrency, there are several exchanges which are easy to use.

With so much proof I lay down, it is safe to say that the Bitcoin Code is a scam. I advise you NOT TO JOIN! The Bitcoin Code promises wonders, unrealistic income and continually reminds you how lucky you are even to see this offer.

I have to say again: there is no easy way to make money online. You can try and do some gambling, that can be pretty quick. But as fast as you would get it, even faster you would lose it.

If you are determined to make money online, let me introduce you to a platform that I love to use. It is free to use (yes, no credit card or cash up front for starter members) and have great training videos that will guide you step by step toward making money online.

You can learn about it here.

What do you think: does the Bitcoin Code looks legit or you see it as I do, as a scam? Do you have any questions, or would you like to ask for a review? I would be more than happy to help you.

Until the next time, I wish you all the best!

Dalibor.

  1. SO thankful for this review.
I just recently started investing in a small amount of BitCoin. I use the Coinbase exchange, even though some people were against it. I have found the interface easy and so far my coins have been kept safe.
I was looking for other products recently and came across Bitcoin Code. Very glad I came across your review around the same time. I hate that people can get away with this kind of stuff. Thank God for people like you who are blowing the whistle on these thieves.
The countdown in the corner of the page really gets me! I wonder if it is some sort of plugin for his website or something? I doubt its people buying and returning. If it is, I feel sorry people are so gullible. Thanks again for the great advice!

    • Hello Ashely,
      Thank you for your comment.

Kudos on investing in Bitcoin. I think you made a smart move.

As for countdown in the Bitcoin Code site, I am not sure. It should be a plugin or it is just a script that generates numbers. Whatever it is, you can see it is fake and created to make urgency to sold better.
